On Thursday, 24th June, Sixth Formers at Burgess Hill Girls will host their third Tomorrow’s Women conference. Speakers include Emma Tucker, Editor of The Sunday Times, Lawyer and Fashion Designer Abiola Ayeni, and Debra Humphris, Vice Chancellor of the University of Brighton.

Pocklington School welcomed former pupil, Professor Steven Kyffin (70-77), Pro Vice-Chancellor (Business and Enterprise) of Northumbria University to its latest Careers and Business Network event in May.

After lockdown halted its face-to-face events programme back in March 2020, The Pocklington School Foundation Careers & Business Network took to Zoom recently to hold its first virtual event. With over 20 guests joining the Zoom meeting, Pocklington School Headmaster Toby Seth hosted a Q&A with guest speaker Sarah Gough who was a pupil from 1996 to 2007.

Former Pocklington School student Jodie Hill returned to the school recently to talk to Sixth Form students about 'The Power of Networking'.
